Please read these terms carefully before using jyai9. By accessing or using any part of this platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in their entirety.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and jyai9 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the jyai9 website at jyai9.org, including all content, features, games and services made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using jyai9's services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. jyai9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
jyai9 is an online gambling platform where real money is at risk. It is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2, you must not use the Platform. Gambling carries financial risk and should always be treated as entertainment, never as a source of income.
2. Eligibility
To register and use jyai9 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while you maintain an active account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. jyai9 does not permit use by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. Determining the legality of your use is solely your responsibility.
- You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, company or organisation.

- You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. Submitting false information is a material breach of these Terms.
jyai9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, closure, or withholding of funds pending verification. Age verification is non-negotiable and applies equally to all users regardless of location.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each user may hold only one account on jyai9. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential at all times.
All personal details provided at registration — including full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number — must accurately reflect the identity of the account holder. jyai9 may at any time request supporting documents to verify the information on file. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. jyai9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify jyai9 support immediately at [email protected].
You may request account closure at any time by contacting jyai9 support. jyai9 will process any verified withdrawal of eligible remaining balance prior to closure, subject to standard verification requirements. jyai9 reserves the right to close accounts at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or where required by law.
jyai9 may carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks as part of account verification. These checks may include identity verification, source-of-funds confirmation and age verification. KYC completion may be required before withdrawals are released. jyai9 applies industry-standard data practices and will not share personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
jyai9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with transactions on jyai9.
- Deposits are credited to your jyai9 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jyai9 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks outside its control.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless jyai9 expressly authorises an alternative method in writing.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC verification. jyai9 may request supporting documents before releasing funds. Processing times vary by payment method and are typically completed within 1 to 5 business days.
- Users must not use payment methods registered to another person. Payments received via accounts not in your name will be voided and returned to the originating payment account where possible.
- jyai9 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to any transaction it considers unusual or inconsistent with a user's normal activity. Transactions that do not pass review may be delayed, reversed, or referred to relevant authorities.
jyai9 does not accept cash, bank cheques, cryptocurrency or any payment channel not listed in the cashier section. Funds received through an unsupported channel will be returned to the sender and will not be credited to the user's account.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
jyai9 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms attached to each promotion, published on the relevant promotion page. Where any conflict exists between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.
All bonuses issued by jyai9 are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳20,000 must be wagered in total before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
All bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
jyai9 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct jyai9 determines to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage through promotional offers.
jyai9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an active promotion will not affect bets already placed in good faith under the terms in effect at the time of placement.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
jyai9 is committed to providing a safe, fair and enjoyable environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for ordinary human users.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live games.
- Attempting to launder money or using the Platform in connection with any transaction that relates to proceeds of criminal activity. jyai9 is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Exploiting any software bug, error or technical vulnerability on the Platform. Any winnings generated by exploiting a technical error will be voided. Users who identify bugs are encouraged to report them to jyai9 support rather than exploit them.
- Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity of any kind.
Where jyai9 determines that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets, forfeit any balance in the account, and pursue recovery of any funds paid out in connection with the prohibited activity. jyai9 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation where required.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the jyai9 Platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and audio-visual material — is the property of jyai9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit or in any way exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jyai9. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jyai9 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if jyai9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jyai9's total aggregate liability to any individual user for all claims arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Responsible Gaming
jyai9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. jyai9 provides users with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. Users who wish to set limits or self-exclude should contact jyai9 support or visit the Responsible Gaming page on this site. jyai9 encourages all players to gamble within their means and for entertainment purposes only.
jyai9 will never encourage a user to chase losses, increase deposits beyond their comfort level, or continue playing after requesting a limit or exclusion. 10. Amendments and Governing Law

The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction from which jyai9 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through jyai9 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. jyai9 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions; users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws.
